Meditate with Rhonda
This is a preliminary meditation and reflection on the first of four traditional establishments — or foundational bases — for a robust, deep mindfulness practices. It refers to the second establishment: contemplating feelings. If explored more deeply, and in conjunction with the other three – contemplating the body, mind and the path to clarity and freedom — the identified practices can support the development of insight and wisdom more capable of navigating both the internal and external challenges of a rapidly changing world. She teaches contemplative approaches to law and offers mindfulness-based practices and pedagogy at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
